Puhdas+ Premium Omega-3 is a high-quality, certified fish oil containing EPA and DHA fatty acids in their natural triglyceride form, in the same ratio as in natural fish oil. The oil is produced from wild small fish caught in the clean waters of the South Pacific.
The Range
Puhdas+ products are high-quality Finnish food supplements. No unnecessary ingredients, such as preservatives, colourings or coating agents, are used in their manufacture.
