Taste and texture

Almond Sea Salt is a rich raw chocolate treat that combines raw chocolate, almonds and a pinch of quality sea salt. Developed at the request of our customers, this sugar-free raw chocolate is sweetened with natural, calorie-free erythritol, which occurs naturally in grapes and melons, among others. Enjoy a piece of quality raw chocolate together with friends or take an unhurried, healthy moment of indulgence for yourself. When you taste this melt-in-your-mouth raw chocolate, you won’t even miss the sugar!

Raw chocolate making at Foodin

The raw chocolate is made by hand in Finland at Foodin’s factory in Vaajakoski. It is produced using the traditional stone ground method, in which giant millstones grind the ingredients into chocolate mass for two to three days. The low temperature of the production process, below 42 degrees, ensures that the properties of the cacao bean are preserved all the way to the finished product. The gentle stone mill treatment also affects the texture and softness of the chocolate.

Origin and labels

All of our raw chocolate products have been awarded the Key Flag Symbol as a mark of Finnish expertise and work. Organic and vegan. Contains no preservatives.
