Production and Composition

White chocolate raisins are made at Foodin’s own factory in Vaajakoski, the capital of Finnish chocolate raisins. This unique white chocolate is made from raw cane sugar, cocoa butter, coconut milk powder and a pinch of sea salt. A short ingredient list guarantees that your treat moments are full of genuine natural flavours with no additives.

Cocoa Origin

The cocoa butter used in Foodin’s white chocolate treats is cold-pressed from cocoa beans of the native Criollo variety so that its natural properties are preserved as well as possible. The roots of our Criollo cocoa beans reach deep into the lush rainforests of the Peruvian Amazon, where small family communities grow cocoa beans responsibly and sustainably. We work closely with these communities and develop cultivation methods by providing training and the framework for the best possible farming.

No Additives
