Greenfinn’s Sea Buckthorn Crush is a berry crush made from Finnish organic sea buckthorn, using the whole berry including the skin and seeds.

Origin and Cultivation

The sea buckthorn used by Greenfinn’s is grown mainly on its own plantations. The first bushes were planted back in 1985. The sea buckthorn berries are hand-picked once they are ripe enough. The nearest sea buckthorn bushes are located 50 m from the berry production facility.

Use and Taste

Sea buckthorn crush is an easy addition to porridge, yoghurt, soured milk, quark and smoothies. It can also be used in baking. Dried and crushed sea buckthorn has a milder taste than the fresh berry, making it a practical way to enjoy Finnish berries all year round.
