Composition

Contains 5 active ingredients: magnesium malate, magnesium bisglycinate, Siberian ginseng, Zynamite® extract and the Digezyme® enzyme complex.

Forms of Magnesium

The magnesium in this product consists of 70% magnesium malate and 30% magnesium bisglycinate. Both forms are gentle on the stomach and have high bioavailability. In magnesium malate, the magnesium is bound to malic acid, which occurs naturally in all cells of the body. Malic acid is an important part of ATP synthesis and cellular energy production.

Siberian Ginseng

Siberian ginseng is what is known as an adaptogen, meaning that it contains active substances that help the body’s cells adapt to negative influences such as stress.

Zynamite®

Zynamite® is a mango leaf extract containing 15% bioactive mangiferin. Zynamite® won the 2018 Nutraingredients Award in the sports nutrition category.

Digezyme®
