Strong Omega-3 is a triglyceride-form fish oil supplement designed to complement your intake of essential fatty acids and to support the normal function of your heart, brain and vision.

Strong Omega-3 capsules contain EPA and DHA fatty acids, important for the body, in exceptionally high concentrations: two capsules provide up to 540 mg of EPA and 360 mg of DHA. EPA and DHA are essential fatty acids that your body needs but cannot produce itself – they must be obtained from the diet.

Why triglyceride form?

Omega-3 supplements are mainly available in two forms: triglyceride form and ethyl ester form. The triglyceride form is the natural one, the way omega-3 fatty acids occur in fish, whereas the ethyl ester form is created when the fatty acids are combined with ethanol during processing. Triglyceride-form omega-3 is more stable and less prone to oxidation, which affects the quality and shelf life of the fish oil.
